THE STUDY OF RUSSIAN SPEECH COMMUNICATION IN THE MODERN GEOPOLI-TICAL CONDITIONS OF THE MULTIETHNIC AND MULTICONFESSIONAL REGION (SOUTH URAL)
Abstracts

Introduction.The article substantiates the relevance of the study of national speech communication on the basis of a pedagogical university in the context of the development of international relations; presents the directions of work in educational institutions on the promotion of the Russian language as the language of education and science, the development of Russian as a native and foreign. The purpose of the article is to study the specifics of Russian speech communication in a multiethnic region in synchrony and diachrony.

Materials and methods. The study uses descriptive and comparative methods, combination of techniques for teaching the Russian language.

Results. Studied the sources of the linguistic realities of the Ural region. Made a scientific generalization of the experience of teaching Russian as a native and foreign language, taking into account national and regional specifics in different educational institutions; Presented the characteristic of the main modules of linguistic study of local lore as an effective way of forming interest in the language of the region.

Discussion. New and significant for modern linguistics, communicative stylistics is the study of regional linguistic realities, changing depending on the geopolitical conditions of the era and affecting the state literary Russian language. The application of scientific provisions in the practice of teaching in a modern school and university allows each student (migrant children, bilinguals, representatives of small peoples of the Russian Federation, etc.) to be involved in the process (migrant children, bilinguals, representatives of small peoples of the Russian Federation, etc.).

Conclusion. It is concluded that the developed program of linguistic local history in the South Urals will contribute to the development of interest in the Russian language as the language of education and science in Russia, and will help to master Russian as a native and foreign.

Highlights

Studied the changes in the language situation that arose in the new geopolitical conditions (population migration, the emergence of new ethnic groups, the need to teach migrants and children of migrants the Russian language, authorization policies, etc.);

Carried out a scientific generalization of the experience of teaching Russian as a native and foreign language, taking into account national and regional specifics in different educational institutions;

Presented the effective modules for studying linguistic study of local lore in the South Urals at school and university.
